Sunset Retail

Sunset Retail is one the oldest buildings located in South Miami. The two story structure required ample amount of work aesthetically and structurally to deliver its rehabilitation. This project called for new storefronts, interior demolition of the walls, ceiling and floors, new MEP systems and a new roof. The proposed layout required Construction Documents, coordination with the city, assistance with Bidding and Permitting and Construction Administration.
